Farooq M. Bsharat, Esq. is a New Jersey trial attorney, former prosecutor, and active government counsel known for disciplined preparation and trial-ready advocacy. He previously served as a Deputy Attorney General with the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office, Division of Criminal Justice, and has judicial clerkship experience in Bergen County’s Civil (Landlord–Tenant) and Family Divisions. He maintains a selective caseload to provide direct attorney access, strategic depth, and meticulous preparation from day one.
